SHIPPING & DAMAGE/CLAIM
1. Most of shipments are FEDEX ground. The FEDEX charge will be added to your invoice.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges of unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
3. Refused shipments may charge 20% restocking fee, plus shipping cost.
4. Reshipment by customer's error or uninformed address change will charge $ 8.00 more on the reshipment cost.
5. All damage and missing item shipment must be claimed to AVI within 5 days from receipt of shipment.
6. Save all packing box and materials for claim to the carrier.
7. Replace shipment will be sent , or credited to customers account in 3 days from the claim is received.
